Privacy Policy

The short version

Vow works entirely on your device. Your sessions, distractions, coins and settings are stored on your iPhone or iPad. We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app, and nothing that identifies you.

What we collect

• Anonymous usage events (for example: a session started, a distraction of a given kind, a coin pack purchased with its price and currency). They are keyed to a random identifier generated by the app on first launch. It is not linked to you, your Apple ID, your email or your device identifiers, and it is not used for tracking or advertising.
• Feedback you choose to send from Settings. It is anonymous unless you add contact details in the text.
• Diagnostic context with each event: app version, iOS version, device model, language and App Store country.

What we do not collect

No name, no email, no phone number, no location, no contacts, no photos, no advertising identifier, no cross-app tracking. Motion sensor data used to detect a pickup during a session never leaves the device. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.

Where the data goes

Anonymous events and feedback are sent to a server operated by YozatApps on Google Firebase (project “yozatapps”) and kept to compute aggregate statistics. You can switch usage statistics off at any time in Settings → Share anonymous usage.

Your rights

Because the data is anonymous we cannot identify which rows are yours; deleting the app removes the identifier from your device, and future data cannot be associated with you. For any request write to yozatapps@gmail.com.

Children

Vow is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
